Memorable Kitchen Disaster
Oh dear, At my very first serving job—I opened a bottle of Champagne for Brunch service and the cork shot out like a canon. It took out 3 hanging light fixtures over the bar. Nobody was hurt but I also instantly became the Owner's least favorite employee.
