Best Meal Ever

Oh so many. But the 1st time I met my wife's family in Piedmont I had such an amazing meal. It included the craziest antipasti and then we had white truffles shaved over risotto. Can't really beat that.

What do you love about Seattle?

The ability to be outdoors any season of the year. I love to hike, run, snowboard, kick the ball and surf (though I don't really like cold water). I also love that we are a progressive city.

What Have You Learned?

Be humble and inviting. No one likes someone with too big ego and if you are in this industry and you don't want to take care of people, you are in it for the wrong reasons. And that quality always wins - don't sell yourself short.
