Sara graduated with a BFA in Theater from Cornish College of the Arts—so naturally she began to wait tables! She has found it to be more rewarding than she ever expected; and really enjoys the community within the industry. From Manager at Mkt. to now Manager at Staple & Fancy, Sara definitely plays a leading role at ESR.

At Spur, before it closed. My friends Sam and Erin and I had almost everything on the menu-food and cocktail related. Plus there was wine. It was the perfect storm of spot-on food, service, drinks, and company. Also pretty much every meal I have had at Spinasse. I love the food and the staff there.
