As parents of young children and restaurant owners, Ethan and Angela naturally spend a lot of time in restaurants with their two young boys. But they also know that it can be tricky bringing little kids into bustling restaurants, so they decided to make it just a little bit easier: on the second Tuesday of every month, Rione XIII will be extra family friendly from 5PM to 7PM, with a menu supplemented with kid-approved classics.

It has always been our goal to provide equitable wages for all members of our team and we believe this model is the best way for us to do so now and in the future. The entirety of this service charge is retained by the house, of which 100% is distributed to our staff in the form of wages and commissions.
