The next Sunday Feast is just around the corner on October 8, and the new chef at Tavolàta, Joel DeBilzan, has a hearty fall feast planned.
Chef Addam is bringing Sunday Feasts back with a bang after the summer hiatus: Seven Wagyu Beef Dishes! (plus a banana split!) are on the docket for the dinner on September 10.

Chef Addam Buzzalini has a lovely early summer menu planned for Sunday, June 4, full of fresh produce punctuated by a few choice proteins. Squash blossoms, wild cress, fava beans, and summer truffle will all be making an appearance, as well as Copper River salmon. This will be the last feast before Tavolàta takes a break for the summer—Sunday Feasts will return in September.
Chef Addam has a feast from the forest planned for Sunday, May 7. From fiddleheads to favas, morels to ramps, it’s a true celebration of the height of springtime in the Pacific Northwest.

There are eight lovely lamb dishes on the docket, capped off with a perfectly seasonal rhubarb dessert. Chef Addam has a whole lot of porky deliciousness planned for Tavolàta’s Sunday Feast on March 5. This dinner is always a favorite and starts with Housemade Charcuterie and goes on to Pork Skin Cacio e Pepe and Pork Neck Agnolotti. So much goodness—always best shared with friends!
Tavolàta Belltown just turned ten—which is serious cause for celebration! On Sunday, February 12th Chef Addam will be putting on a very special Birthday Edition Sunday Feast, featuring all the greatest hits from the past decade. Rigatoni, meatballs, agnolotti with calves’ brains, zeppole—the whole gang will all be there.
