As has become the tradition, chef Zach Chambers is putting together a fantastic seafood feast to celebrate Christmas Eve in the Italian way at Anchovies & Olives. The Feast of the Seven Fishes—festa dei sette pesci—is a long-held Italian tradition of eating seafood on the night before Christmas.
