Before taking a job with Ethan Stowell Restaurants, Kristofer was cooking his way through college in California. Up until graduation he hadn't realized that he didn't want to work in an office—he has loved cooking in various kitchens ever since. He has worked locally at Lechosho and Cinque Terre Ristorante. Within ESR, Kris has been the chef of Bramling Cross and Super Bueno before taking on the role of Director of Operations for Ballard Pizza Co.
