Ricky started in restaurants at 17 and worked his way through the ranks over the years. He moved to Seattle in 2018 and started his adventure with Ethan Stowell Restaurants as manager of Frelard Pizza. He then moved to Super Bueno, Cortina, Tavolata and you can now find him as the Director of Food Operations at Flatstick Pub. From pizza, to tacos, to pasta--Ricky runs it all.

MEMORABLE KITCHEN DISASTER
I was working in Tucson during a really intense monsoon, and water started pouring into the restaurant through the lights. We immediately had to cut all lights except the hood lights. Luckily the down poor only lasted about 20 minutes and we were able to get things back up and running quickly.
