Hop Feast with Yaya Brewing Company!
Our team at Tavolàta - Spokane is welcoming back Yaya Brewing Company for our next dinner in the Hop Feast series, complete with its own special dinner menu with Yaya beer pairings. For this Hop Feast Chef Scott's menu will feature dishes like Yeasted Polenta Fritters with whipped ricotta, honey, & sage, Braised Rabbit Ravioli with white asparagus, thyme, & parmesan reggiano, and King Salmon with Wild Mushroom Risotto, Summer Squash, and Haricot Verts. We'll also welcome a special guest, Jason Gass from Yaya Brewing Company to talk with guests about Yaya Brewing and the evening's beer pairings.

Join us for an evening with special guest, Mark Ryan of Mark McNeilly Winery. You'll enjoy wines from his vineyards here in Washington along with a specially curated menu by Chef Scott. The menu will feature dishes like Grilled Runner Beans with salmoriglio, sheep's milk ricotta, and almond paired with Mark Ryan Viognier, Potato Gnocchi with summer squash, corn, and pecorino romano paired with Mark Ryan "No Love" Chardonnay, and Grilled Beef Short Ribs with bone marrow, maitake mushroom, and salsa verde paired with Mark Ryan "Dissident."

Chef Dom has crafted a delicious four-course menu complete with wine pairings and cocktails featuring Fast Penny Amaricano and Amaricano Bianco.
