We at Ethan Stowell Restaurants have always prided ourselves on providing safe and enjoyable spaces for our community to enjoy as they come together and share time, food, drink and laughter. However, within the unique situation that we as a restaurant family and we as a community have found ourselves, we wanted to reassure our guests, our team members and our families that we have no higher priority than ensuring the continued health and safety of those who join us within our restaurants. As stewards to both our guests and our team, we know that this responsibility for the wellbeing of others necessitates constant attention as well as constant reexamination and refinement. As we take the steps to open our dining rooms back up to our guests we would like to outline the enhanced safety practices that we have instituted at all properties as they offer inside dining.

I have spent the last ten years doing a job that I love with people that I love. However, giving back to our community and helping people in need have always been at my core. I have spent a lot of time over the last few years volunteering for organizations that help lift people out of poverty and homelessness. It is that passion that has led me to the decision to step away from my day-to-day role as CEO of Ethan Stowell Restaurants.
Holland America Line is amplifying the star power on its award-winning Culinary Council with the addition of Seattle chef Ethan Stowell. The Seattle-based premium cruise line chose the hometown chef to enhance its culinary offerings aboard its fleet of 14 ships, including the line’s newest ship Nieuw Statendam, which begins sailing Dec. 5, 2018.
Wow—we are so proud to announce that Angela and Ethan are co-chairing the 2017-2018 fundraising campaign for United Way of King County! The campaign kicked off on July 1 and will run through June 30, 2018.
As parents of young children and restaurant owners, Ethan and Angela naturally spend a lot of time in restaurants with their two young boys. But they also know that it can be tricky bringing little kids into bustling restaurants, so they decided to make it just a little bit easier: on the second Tuesday of every month, Rione XIII will be extra family friendly from 5PM to 7PM, with a menu supplemented with kid-approved classics.
