In honor of Women’s History Month, ESR and the team at Red Cow are toasting to women in food, wine, spirits and leadership with a special dinner on Wednesday, March 30th. The evening will feature Red Cow’s own chef Megan Beck plus Anna Schafer Cohen from àMaurice Cellars, Leah Jorgensen from Leah Jorgensen Cellars, Kelsey Albro Itämeri from Itä Winery, and Mhairi Voelsgen from BroVo Spirits.

The Oeuf & Hoof is a celebration of all things good in this world; maple glazed pork belly, brioche cinnamon rolls, and cast iron quiche, just to name a few. With high 70s in the forecast for this weekend, Red Cow's brunch on their picturesque patio is surely the place to be. This delicious endeavor is happening one weekend only over August 22nd & 23rd!

Chef Will Richey has four course menu planned featuring an aged Prime New York Strip Steak as the main course. Wine pairings with each course is sure to make for a great time.
