Chef Joe Ritchie and the Mkt. crew are excited to host Cave B Estate Winery for a wonderful meal with wine pairings on Sunday, July 20. Cave B’s Washington wines pair beautifully with Ritchie’s Northwest cuisine, and the meal is sure to be both delicious and informative. The dinner begins at 6pm, and is $100/person.
There will be multiple courses, each paired with wines from Cave B. Mkt. manager & wine director Seth Sexton will join Freddy Arredondo, Cave B’s Winemaker to talk about the wines and how they play with chef Ritchie’s dishes.
