Tavolàta chef Brandon Kirksey and crew are set to launch a monthly Sunday Feast beginning November 7.
Join us for a four-course family meal served at the tavolàta (communal table) where seating is limited to 26 diners. Price will range from $45 - $60 per person depending on the featured ingredient. First course: Prosciutto di Parma with Figs and Parmigiano-Reggiano Puntarella Salad with Anchovy, Garlic, and Pecorino Romano Grilled Lambs Tongue Bruschetta with Controne Beans and Pickled Onion
Second course: Rigatoni with Lamb Sausage, Mint, and Tomato Potato Gnocchi with Braised Lamb Neck and Cauliflower
Third course: Whole Roasted Lamb Leg with Creamy Polenta, Rapini, and Lamb Jus
Fourth course: Zeppole with Chocolate Sauce
