Chef Michael Gifford and How to Cook a Wolf are excited to host La Spinetta wines for an intimate wine dinner on Tuesday, February 3. Last November, Chef Michael visited La Spinetta’s Piedmont winery during a trip with other ESR employees and was delighted by both the incredible wines and the wonderful hosts. Giorgio Rivetti, the winemaker, will be in attendance to speak about the wines being served.
