The much loved Tavolàta Lamb Feast is making its way to Spokane! Chef Scott Siff has crafted a lamb centric menu that will surprise and delight any lamb lover. The offerings include dishes like Lamb Tartare with white anchovy and mache, Pappardelle with Lamb Bolognese with taggiasca olives and calabrian chili, and Roasted Lamb Leg with fig mostarda and jus.
