Chef Brian Clevenger has a briny meal planned for the next installment of his Sunday Feast dinner series on November 3. Five kinds of shellfish grace the upcoming menu, from dainty Shigoku oysters to whole Dungeness crabs.

Shigoku Oysters with basil-grapefruit granita
Seared Scallops with pork belly, tomato, and salsa verde
Celeriac Soup with smoked mussels, green apple, and chive
Linguine with Manila clams, pickled chili, and pangrattato
Whole Dungeness Crab with Yukon gold potatoes, corn, and leeks
Bosc Pear Float with grappa and cranberry
Dinner will be served family style at the communal table (tavolàta) where seating is limited to 26 guests. Dinner begins at 6pm and the cost is $65 per person. Reservations are required. Please call 206.838.8008 to reserve your spot.
