Tavolàta chef Brian Clevenger will be making a Northern Italian inspired spread for the next installment of his popular monthly dinner series. Bring your friends, and an appetite, and head down to Tavolàta on Sunday, February 10 for a mini-vacation in Italy!

First Course: Arancini di Riso Fried Risotto with Fontina and Sage Prosciutto San Daniele with Artichoke, Parmesan, and Walnut Oil Ribollita Soup with White Bean, Pancetta, Kale, and Bread
Second Course: Agnolotti with Squash, Brown Butter, and Hazelnuts
Third Course: Bollito Misto with Pork Sausage, Chicken, and Beef Short Ribs Potato and Cauliflower Bagna Couda Brown Butter Polenta
Dessert: Panna Cotta with Cocoa Nib, Blood Orange, and Milk Chocolate Crisp
