Sunday Feast: Wagyu Beef

Tavolàta chef Brian Clevenger has put together a decadent savory menu showcasing Wagyu Beef for the next installment of his popular monthly Sunday Feast dinner series on July 7. The summer meal features multiple cuts of beef accompanied by bright seasonal sides, finished off with a chocolate crepe with pistachio and apricot.

When: Sunday July 7th, 2013 6PM Where: Tavolata Why: Wagyu! Cost: $90 per person


First: Tartare with crostini, radish, and white anchovy Salad with skirt steak, black olives, and arugula

Second: Papparadelle with 
beef cheek, cherry tomatoes, and Pecorino

Third: New York Steak with wild mushrooms, fava beans, and sage Short Rib with balsamic, pearl onion agrodolce, and celery leaf

Dessert: Chocolate crepe with pistachio and apricot

Dinner will be served family style at the communal table (tavolàta) where seating is limited to 26 guests. Dinner begins at 6pm and the cost is $90 per person. Reservations are required. Please call 206.838.8008 to reserve your spot.
