Tavolàta Sunday Feast: Vegetable Bounty!

Chef Addam has a lovely early summer menu planned for Sunday, June 4, full of fresh produce punctuated by a few choice proteins. Squash blossoms, wild cress, fava beans, and summer truffle will all be making an appearance, as well as Copper River salmon. This will be the last feast before Tavolàta takes a break for the summer—Sunday Feasts will return in September.

Halibut crudo, breakfast radish, wild cress, Meyer lemon
Squash blossom, goat cheese, ramp aioli
Bruschetta, burrata, crushed peas, chive blossom
Charred green beans, lovage, lemon, sea salt
Mixed salumi, artichokes, marinated caciocavallo

Smoked rabbit agnolotti, carrot, shallot, yogurt
Potato gnocchi, summer truffle, fava bean, Parmesan

Copper River salmon, cucumber salad, leek soubise

Two-pound T-bone steaks

Sides: morels, asparagus, baby turnips, roasted cipollini onions, salt-roasted potatoes

Lemon ricotta cheesecake, strawberry-basil compote
