Staple & Fancy has reopened for now as an American steakhouse featuring Wagyu and Prime steaks. The applewood grill will be fired up once again and the menu will feature everything from a Wagyu ribeye to a dry aged beef cheeseburger with staple sauce. Old favorites like fried oysters and whole grilled fish will be on the menu and of course you can expect craft cocktails, a thoughtful wine list spanning both old and new world, as well as the signature friendly service and intimate experience that Staple & Fancy has always been know for.

We are now offering both tented outdoor seating and a robust to-go food and beverage program with meal packages, a la carte offerings, wine and cocktails! We are accepting reservations for our dining outdoor tents, and appreciate your love and support as our community hunkers back down. We are truly stronger together, Seattle! We look forward to seeing you again!
